1. Health Hazard: 

a. All participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided by the instructors.
b. RFLCT Creative Arts Center shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or
health hazards incurred during classes or events.
c. Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or
allergies that may affect their participation.
2. Intellectual Property:
a. All materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, instructional content, and
artwork, are the intellectual property of the creative arts center.
b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials provided by the
center without explicit permission.
c. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property will result in legal action.

 
3. Interpersonal Interactions:

a. RFLCT Creative Arts Center promotes a safe and inclusive environment for all
participants.
b. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be
tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from classes or events.
c. Participants are expected to always treat instructors and fellow participants with
respect and courtesy.

 
4. Returns and Refunds:

a. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the center's refund policy.
b. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing two weeks before the workshop
and will be subject to review and approval by management.
c. Refunds will not be provided for classes or events missed due to participant's
scheduling conflicts or personal reasons.
5. Quality Claims:
a. RFLCT Creative Arts Center strives to provide high-quality instruction and materials
for all classes and events.
b. Any quality claims regarding instruction, materials, or facilities must be submitted
in writing to management within 7 days of the class or event.
c. Management will review all quality claims and may offer remedies or compensation
at their discretion.
d. The quality of the work produced by the Participants is based on their capabilities,
and RFLCT Creative Arts Center is not liable in any way for the outcome.

 
6. Children's Supervision:

a. RFLCT Creative Arts Center is not a daycare facility and does not provide childcare
services.
b. Parents or guardians are responsible for the supervision and behavior of children
attending classes or events.
c. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times while on the
premises of the creative arts center.

 
7. Liability Waiver:

a. By participating in classes or events at RFLCT Creative Arts Center, participants
acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with creative activities.
b. Participants agree to release the RFLCT Creative Arts Center, its employees,
instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred
during classes or events.

 
8. Modification of Terms:

a. RFLCT Creative Arts Center reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions
at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting
on the center's website or premises.

 
9. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the United Arabi Emirates.
b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
By enrolling in classes or events at RFLCT Creative Arts Center, participants indicate
their acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Refund Policy:

If needed, the timings and durations of the workshop can be changed by the center. The
participants will be informed accordingly.
Only participants are allowed to attend during the ongoing sessions, no side watchers
or children allowed to stay with the participant.
No refund nor rescheduling for missed classes.
In case of an artist’s unavailability, RFLCT creative art shall cancel the workshop and
refund the client, refund requests will take up to 45 days to be processed
